Dewayne Taylor

Ruling Elder

Dewayne Taylor was raised in Norman but left in 1970 to attend the Air Force Academy and spent 30 years after graduation serving in both the Air Force and Army. He and his wife Ann returned to Norman in 2012 to be near family and to participate in the mission and vision of Christ the King. As with many who have come to Reformed Theology, the path Dewayne and Ann took was circuitous (but providential) eventually leading them to their first PCA church in 2003. Immediately prior to returning to Norman, Dewayne served as a Ruling Elder at Christ Community PCA in Clearwater, FL.

Dewayne and Ann have two grown children and four grandchildren (pictures available on request). They are enthusiastic about our role in the great Mission of God to redeem His creation and are committed to the spiritual growth of our congregation.
